Welcome to SaveMore.cloud. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile app, and related services. By using SaveMore, you agree to follow and comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be communicated through the platform.
SaveMore is a platform that bridges the gap between Customers and Partners to reduce food and product waste while providing discounted surplus items. By using SaveMore, Customers can purchase Surprise Bags, which contain unsold or surplus items, while businesses (Partners) have the opportunity to sell items they would otherwise discard. SaveMore acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate these transactions. All transactions are between Customers and Partners, and SaveMore is not involved in the production, packaging, or quality control of any products listed on the platform. Customers and Partners are expected to follow all terms outlined here when engaging with the platform.
To use SaveMore’s services, both Customers and Partners must create an account by providing accurate personal and business information. During registration, you will be asked to create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your account, you must contact SaveMore immediately. Both Customers and Partners must ensure that the information provided during registration is truthful, complete, and up-to-date. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.
As a Partner, you are responsible for listing surplus or unsold items on SaveMore. You must ensure that all items listed are safe, legal, and comply with local regulations. The items should be accurately described, including their condition, expiration dates (if applicable), and any other relevant information that may affect the Customer's decision to purchase. Partners should also ensure that their products are properly packaged to avoid contamination or damage. SaveMore will review listings to ensure compliance with the platform's standards, but Partners remain solely responsible for the legality and safety of the items they list. SaveMore is not liable for any damages, health issues, or loss incurred by the Customer related to items purchased from Partners.
Surprise Bags are bundles of surplus or unsold products that are sold at discounted rates to Customers. The contents of each Surprise Bag are determined by the Partner and are typically not disclosed before purchase, making the experience a "surprise" for the Customer. The bags may contain food or other perishable items that are nearing expiration or items with minor cosmetic defects, but all items in the bag are still safe to consume or use. Customers understand and accept that the contents of Surprise Bags can vary, and no exchanges or refunds will be provided based on the contents, unless the product is unsafe or substantially different from what was described.
Customers can reserve Surprise Bags through the mobile app by selecting a bag, confirming the order, and completing the payment through secure payment gateways integrated into the app. All payments are processed in real-time, and an order confirmation will be sent to the Customer once the payment is successful. Prices for Surprise Bags are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes, and the Customer agrees to pay the stated amount at the time of reservation. While the Surprise Bags are offered at discounted rates, payment is non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined in Section 10 (Refund and Cancellation Policy). If a Customer cancels the order before the pickup time, the payment may be refunded.
After reserving a Surprise Bag, Customers are required to pick up the bag from the designated Partner location within the specified time frame. Each Surprise Bag comes with a pickup window, and failure to collect the bag within this period may result in the forfeiture of the item. No refunds will be issued for bags that are not picked up within the allotted time. Customers will need to present proof of purchase (order number, QR code, etc.) at the time of collection. The Partner reserves the right to refuse the collection if the proof is not provided. In the event of a dispute, both Customers and Partners are encouraged to resolve the issue directly or contact SaveMore for assistance.
SaveMore respects your privacy. When you use our platform, we collect and process certain personal information, such as your name, email address, and payment details, to provide you with a seamless experience. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing transactions, improving our services, and communicating with you about your account or orders. We will not share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill our service obligations (such as payment processing or product delivery). You may choose to delete your account at any time by contacting SaveMore support. Upon deletion, you will lose access to your account, and any reserved or pending orders will be canceled. SaveMore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will be notified of the reason. In some cases, SaveMore may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the platform, or violate any applicable laws. If your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to your purchased items or any other services available to you through SaveMore.
SaveMore acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality or condition of the products listed by Partners. While we strive to ensure the platform is functional and secure, we cannot guarantee that the website or app will be error-free or uninterrupted. SaveMore will not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to product issues, system outages, or delays in order fulfillment. Customers and Partners agree to use the platform at their own risk, and SaveMore’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SaveMore may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Users via email or within the app itself. By continuing to use the platform after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may choose to stop using the platform.
